Welcome to Spring Blooms. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Spring Blooms services, you agree to be bound by these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to place orders. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Pricing

Product Availability: All floral arrangements are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the design aesthetic.

Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is binding for that order.

Substitutions: If specific flowers are unavailable, we will substitute with similar blooms while maintaining color scheme and design integrity.

Payment: We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order.

3. Delivery

• • Service Area: Seattle metro area including Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Tacoma, and surrounding cities
• • Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed by 2 PM PST Monday-Saturday
• • Delivery Fees: $15 flat rate; FREE on orders $100+
• • Timing: We provide delivery windows but cannot guarantee exact times
• • Weather/Traffic: Not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control
• • Recipient Unavailable: Flowers will be left in a safe location per delivery instructions
• • Failed Delivery: Additional delivery fee may apply for redelivery attempts

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation Policy:

• • Cancel up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery for full refund
• • Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once in production
• • Subscription cancellations must be made 48 hours before next delivery

Refund Policy:

• • 7-day freshness guarantee on all arrangements
• • Contact us within 24 hours with photos for quality issues
• • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• • We offer replacement or full refund at our discretion

Non-Refundable: Delivery fees, custom event deposits (50% non-refundable within 30 days of event)

5. Subscriptions

• • Auto-renews based on selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• • Cancel anytime with no penalty
• • Skip or reschedule deliveries through your account
• • Pricing may change with 30 days advance notice
• • Payment charged 24 hours before each delivery

6. Warranties & Limitations

We Guarantee:

• • Fresh, high-quality flowers
• • Professional design and presentation
• • 7-day minimum freshness with proper care

We Are NOT Responsible For:

• • Improper care by recipient
• • Natural variations in flower size, color, or bloom stage
• • Allergic reactions
• • Pet or child damage
• • Water damage to furniture
• • Exposure to extreme temperatures
• • Recipient refusal of delivery

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, designs, text, logos, and arrangements are owned by Spring Blooms and protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Spring Blooms' total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Washington State law. Any disputes shall be resolved in King County, Washington courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
